For labelled diagrams where you want to blank out one region at a time, use image occlusion in Anki.
Edit it before downloading. The question and answer are text fields — rewrite them, and re-upload a cleaner crop if the AI misread the image.
You can convert on the free plan up to the monthly card limit. Heavier use and larger uploads are covered by a subscription.
